What techniques would you use to ensure customers are engaged with our products?

I would focus on techniques that make the experience both personal and interactive. That could include creating content that shows how the products fit into daily routines, offering tips and tutorials to highlight their benefits, and encouraging customers to share their own experiences on social media. I’d also use storytelling to connect the product to real-life results or emotions, and make sure to respond to questions or feedback promptly so customers feel heard. The goal is to make the brand feel approachable, trustworthy, and part of their lifestyle rather than just a product they buy.

What experience do you have in marketing and promotion?

I have experience in marketing and promotion from my time as a marketing intern for a Korean skincare brand, where I created short-form videos for products like sunscreen, moisturizer, snail serum, and body wash. I focused on highlighting product benefits, sharing application tips, and telling the brand’s story in a way that resonated with our audience. I also promoted my Vietnamese Student Association’s events and fundraisers by creating engaging social media posts, talking directly with potential customers, and emphasizing both the value of what we were offering and the cause behind it. These experiences taught me how to combine creativity, storytelling, and audience insight to effectively promote products and events.
