A time my feedback influenced a service was when I participated in a user interview for our GT Honors Program. In this interview, I provided detailed feedback on my experience as an Honors Program student signing up for HP events, which helped the staff tailor their future event sign up strategy. As a result, the Honors Program was able to create a more sustainable event sign up process that helps HP students sign up for events easier.

I'm passionate about consumer insights, and I believe it is the most important thing to consider for a company. As a result, I'm motivated to participate in user interviews as I want to help companies gain valuable consumer insights that will help them create the best product for consumers. You cannot create a great product without user feedback and putting your consumer first, which is why I want to participate in this user interview.
