Can you give an example of a detailed QA report you have created in the past?
At a past job i created an app using Power Automate. Before launching the app for employees to use, i had 3 rounds of testing. I created a spreadsheet for testers to use, detailing out each step and item i wanted them to test with an area for their feedback. The feedback at each stage was summarized, and updates were made. I was a one person team creating the app so did not create a formal details report, but the spreadsheet for my testers was quite detailed.
