How do you approach leaving an honest food review?
I think that I would need to acknowledge the audience and their specific needs for a product. This product is marketed towards gluten free individuals, and this population requires honest reviews to ensure that their needs are met. Gluten free does not always mean a diet, and could indicate that a customer has a gluten allergy which is something to be taken seriously. Those with a gluten free allergy should be confident in their consumer choices, and I want to help them to know whether they are making a good choice.
