One example of a QA report I created was while testing a retail website’s checkout process. I found that changing the quantity of an item didn’t update the total price correctly. I documented the steps to recreate the issue, noted the expected vs. actual result, included screenshots, and added details about the device and browser. This made it easier for the team to identify and fix the problem quickly.

How do you approach identifying and documenting bugs in digital products?
When I’m identifying bugs in digital products, I start by actually using the product the way a real user would. I pay attention to anything that doesn’t work as expected, feels confusing, or causes delays. Once I notice an issue, I document it clearly by explaining what I was trying to do, what I expected to happen, and what actually happened instead. I also include details like the device, browser, or app version I was using so the issue is easier to recreate and fix.
