From what i hav gathered from interviews, Gen Z desires for work-life integration rather than strict separation, allowing for a more holistic approach to life and career. If companies want to attract Gen Z talent, then they would need to implement flexible work policies and remote work options, and provide opportunities for continuous learning of new skills.

One thing I would change the way you market by enhancing the brand's online presence. I would do that by implementing a more interactive and engaging social media strategy. This could involve regular content updates, fostering community engagement, and leveraging emerging platforms to create a stronger connection with the audience.

In my first attempt at learning a new language, I struggled and didn't think it was possible. Instead of giving up, I sought different techniques and took advice from other language learners, and eventually progressed in my studies. I am currently still learning more and getting better each day.
