How do you handle conversations where you need to express a specific emotion?
I handle conversations by first figuring out what I’m feeling. Then I show it in a way that makes sense through my words, tone, or body language. If I’m excited I bring energy. If I need to be empathetic I listen and respond thoughtfully. I just make sure my emotion fits the situation and gets my point across without overdoing it.
