How do you ensure that deliverables are submitted on time and on-brand in a fast-paced environment?
I think clear communication and organized planning are key to ensuring the success of any campaign. I would establish clear expectations with ambassadors and creators from the beginning, outlining timelines, brand guidelines, and examples of content. I would also use tracking and project management systems, like Notion and Google Sheets to monitor progress and send reminders. I think it's also important to check in with creators and ambassadors throughout the campaign, not just at deadlines, so I can step in if someone needs clarification or extra help. When reviewing deliverables, I would make sure they align with the brand's guidelines, and if revisions are needed, I'd give clear feedback to keep everything moving smoothly.

What’s a trend or piece of content you wish you made — and why? -- Are you located in NYC?
I am located in NYC! A trend I wish I had come up with is the "narrator trend" in which a voice is talking over, and the person interacts with it. I love the editing and the dynamic in these type of videos, it gives effortless movie vibes, and I think it's very eye-catching and a good way to make people stop scrolling.

Can you share an example of your project management skills?
In one of my marketing classes, I had the opportunity to work for a real marketing firm on a campaign project for Coca-Cola. My team members and I had to design both online and offline creative activations. I took the lead in organizing our team by creating a timeline that outlined when each part of the project needed to be completed, such as social media content planning, curating our in-person activation, and preparing our final presentation. We assigned tasks to team members based on their strengths – for example, one person focused on research, another one on designing digital content, and another worked on planning the activation strategy. I also made sure we stayed on track by setting up check-in meetings to review progress and solve any issues quickly. I used online tools like Notio, and Google Docs to keep all of our individual tasks and deadlines organized. This experience helped me build my project management skills by coordinating multiple deliverables at once, communicating with my team, and making sure we presented a strong, cohesive campaign on time. At the end, our project was voted the best one by the Coca-Cola representatives.
