Can you describe a project or experience where you had to conduct market research? How did you gather data, and what was the outcome?
As a PMM for my school’s app, I conducted market research to understand pain points by surveying students, then using Figma for affinity mapping. This identified six themes and led to brainstorming a new feature and improving our Instagram strategy.
