Can you share a time when your communication skills have helped you successfully engage with a community?
I have volunteered many times, and often it's with the elderly. I find it tougher to communicate with them as some of them may not speak english or chinese, so I have to resort to dialects to help but it was very successful thankfully and they enjoyed their day

How would you approach promoting language learning opportunities to a diverse audience?
I would first try to find common topics between me and the audience, that we like to watch shows that we are not fluent in. We are interested in their culture but there's not many platforms where we can learn languages.
