I believe that having an open mind and clear communication when holding members accountable is very important. Team members could have had an incredibly challenging week when as they were trying to complete a task, or they could've simply forgot. The first step is actively listening to the team member. Then being able to communicate the importance of completing tasks, or encouraging them to ask for help when needed. Not only that it is important to hold yourself accountable in your approach to address this situation.
