What strategies would you use to grow Extra's social media presence on TikTok? How would you measure success?

To grow Extra’s social media presence on TikTok, the smartest approach is to create short, high-value, snackable content that feels native to the platform. TikTok rewards videos that are quick, engaging, and easy to consume, so producing content like mini product demos, behind-the-scenes clips, or emotional micro-stories helps build familiarity and keep viewers watching. From there, developing a consistent brand personality is essential. People follow recognizable voices, not generic pages, so keeping a steady tone—whether fun, witty, or bold—along with recurring series or formats helps the audience instantly identify Extra’s content whenever it appears on their For You Page. It’s also important to stay active in the trending ecosystem. Responding to comments with videos, answering questions, asking for viewer opinions, and highlighting follower submissions all encourage conversation, which boosts the algorithm’s likelihood of pushing Extra’s content further. Posting consistently, ideally four to seven times per week, helps maintain momentum, gather performance data, and increase the chances of landing a viral hit. When a video performs well, repurposing that content—through re-edits, reposts, or spin-off versions—keeps the momentum going and maximizes reach. To measure success, several key metrics matter most. Follower growth shows whether the audience is expanding at a healthy rate, while average views per video and view-through rates reveal how compelling the content actually is. Engagement metrics—including likes, comments, shares, and saves—indicate how actively viewers are interacting with the brand. Additionally, tracking the performance of influencer or UGC partnerships helps determine ROI and whether certain creators drive stronger engagement or conversion. Over time, consistent impro
