The best way to reach them is through short-form video on platforms like TikTok and Instagram, using humor, relatable fitness moments, and content that feels native to the feed. Funny, slightly exaggerated takes on dieting, gym culture, or “trying to be healthy” would grab attention and make the product memorable.
