Please talk about something you've done that demonstrates attention to detail.
As a Barista in a high-end and busy Vancouver cafe I regularly find myself in situations where attention to detail is crucial to customer satisfaction and maintaining quality control. I am a firm believer in redoing a drink or product not done right (even and especially during rush hour) so as to maintain the integrity of the café.
