Please share one feature that would help a resume builder gain traction in the market.

One feature that could help a resume builder gain traction in the market is the ability to create a personalized and unique resume design. Many resume builders currently offer templates and pre-designed formats, but these can often be generic and uninspiring. By offering a feature that allows users to create their own custom designs, a resume builder could differentiate itself from competitors and provide a more engaging and memorable experience for users. This feature could be implemented in a variety of ways, such as providing a range of customizable elements (fonts, colors, backgrounds, etc.), allowing users to upload their own images and graphics, or offering a design tool that allows users to create their own layouts from scratch. Whatever the approach, the key is to provide users with the ability to create a resume that truly reflects their personal style and brand. In addition to differentiating the resume builder from competitors, this feature could also provide value to users by helping them create a more professional and effective resume. A well-designed resume can make a strong first impression and increase the chances of getting noticed by potential employers. By offering a custom design feature, a resume builder could help users create a resume that stands out and showcases their unique strengths and talents.

What is your favorite marketing campaign you've seen?

One of my favorite marketing campaigns that I've seen is the "Just Do It" campaign from Nike. I love how simple and powerful the message is, and how it resonates with people from all walks of life. The campaign uses a combination of emotional storytelling, inspiring imagery, and strong branding to connect with consumers and encourage them to take action. The tagline "Just Do It" has become iconic and synonymous with Nike, and the campaign continues to be effective and relevant decades after it was first introduced.
