I like to lead in certain jobs while in others, I can let others get first light and I’ll take a backseat in help support their ideas and do hands-on stuff

If Uber were to host an activation on campus during March Madness, what would be your best idea for the brand to uniquely engage students?
I would try and have students engage in a "Uber Hoops Challenge." Uber and I can set up interactive basketball shooting stations scattered across campus, each representing different March Madness teams. Students can earn points for successful shots, and those points translate into Uber ride credits, discounts, or exclusive March Madness merchandise. To make it more interactive at UAlbany, there could be a leaderboard displayed at each station, encouraging friendly competition with students.
