Tell us about some of your experiences creating TikTok content for brands or for your personal account?
I would post tik toks for the program I worked for at the school. This drove me to find the trends that students were interested in at the time and organizing a time for the counselors to create these tik toks. I would also bring in students to join these tik toks.

A social media manager should be promoting the brands and fostering connections. Interact with customers promoting brands, showing them the brand cares for them outside of being a consumer.
