Are you lactose intolerant? Have you taken Lactaid pills in the past? If so, please share your experience navigating this restriction.
I have been lactose intolerant since 2020 which coincidentally was the height of my dairy consumption. At the beginning, I did use Lactaid pills, but they did not work and left me with my lactose intolerant symptoms.
