Absolutely. Safety became really important to me during my time as a peer mentor at Lee Business School. Ensuring everyone got home safely was always top of mind, whether it meant offering ride-sharing suggestions or waiting until everyone left the venue together.Safety matters because it gives people the freedom to focus on what’s important—whether that’s excelling academically, building connections, or simply enjoying their day without worry. That’s why I strive to create environments where everyone feels secure and supported.
