Tell us about a meal from the past year that you absolutely loved.
I am an avid follower of tiktok food trends, but I have always been cooking because of my father. He loves to cook and has taught me everything he knows, so I have mixed his knowledge with recent food trends to make food that is delicious yet easy to make. My favorite meal from the numerous that I have made is breakfast tortilla pizzas. This is a meal that is incredibly easy to make, and only requires a tortilla, egg, tomato sauce, and other toppings. I like to put tomato sauce, a cracked egg, chopped pepper, chopped spinach, and spices. I then put this in the oven (or air fryer) for 8-10 minutes and then I have the perfect breakfast or lunch meal that always leaves me full and satisfied.
