Social media success is many different things and it’s also how you look at it. Some people look for views and some people look for clicks and engagement. I view a success when you reach the target audience. Whether that’s through engagement, views, follows, retweets or repost.

Can you walk us through a successful social media campaign you've managed in the past?
I have managed a social media for a non profit organization that specialized in feeding the homeless. Pretty much what I did was I generated awareness for events that were going on around Houston. Trying to engage with the community to come out and support.
