Explain why you think you are right for recruiting and leading a group of 30+ students at your college
As soon as I got to Brown, I made it a goal of mine to join student organizations, from the Men's Rugby team to our startup accelerator (which I now direct) to a fraternity-esque organization. As a result, I've seen what it takes to lead--effectively lead--both larger and smaller organizations and groups of people alike. Now a junior and in leadership positions in many of these orgs, I have both the experience learning from leaders as well as leading groups myself.
