How do you prioritize and manage your outreach efforts?

Scoring leads based on fit and intent allow me to prioritize those leads first in a spreadsheet.

Leads are scored based on buying signals. Green having the highest intent and fit, with clear buying signals. Yellow being iffy, and may not have timeline/budget yet but still good to reach out to. Red to reconsider strategy.

I automate lower-level tasks with my CRM or AI tools.

To manage outreach efforts, I am constantly scanning my metrics on Outreach and making sure that I am keeping my CRM organization clean as to not miss any steps / follow-ups

What strategies do you use to qualify a lead?

Defining an ICP and then leveraging intent data to find leads. Using BANT in the initial call to qualify them for a full discovery call.
