Imagine you’re having a bad mental health day—what kind of video would you make that still feels relatable?
If I were to make a video on a bad mental health day, I’d keep it real and simple. I’d focus on those raw, human moments, like lying in bed, scrolling aimlessly through my phone, or sitting with my thoughts. The tone would be vulnerable but not necessarily depressing, more like "hey, I’m struggling today, and that’s okay." I’d start with a quick intro like, “So… I’m not having the best day, and I know I’m not alone in that.” Then I’d show little snippets of what the day looks like, me trying to get out of bed, staring at the wall for a bit, maybe making a cup of tea and taking it slow.

When you scroll TikTok, what makes you stop and watch a video all the way through?
First, the video has to be short, a maximum of 30 seconds. Second, the video has to have an interesting topic that I am interested in watching. And finally, the video can't just be someone talking for the whole time, there has to be action and excitement in the video.

If you were making a TikTok about feeling stuck or overwhelmed, what would your opening line be?
If I was making a TikTok about feeling stuck or overwhelmed, the opening line would be "Stuck in a loop of overwhelmingness and can’t get out?"
