I have experience being a leader. I was a gymnastic coach for over 4 years. Additionally, I was a leader of my team. My experiences in the world of sports has led to be able to lead larger groups and help give them directions, while being able to communicate with their needs. My experience in patients care has given me the ability to communicate well with many types of individuals and help them to the best of my skills. I am a great listener to other and take constructive criticism to better myself.
