Do you think reviews are a key factor when buying a product?
Yes! When i do look at reviews for example a new phone, I want there to be mostly positive because its an investment. As well on Amazon when looking at similar products i choose the one with the reviews on them.

What's the most important aspect when building out a brand's culture and consumer persona?
The most important aspect when building out a brand's culture and consumer persona is consistency. Having consistent content is important for consumers to see the same brand content across all platforms which leads to them being more loyal to that brand.
