I’m very involved in fitness on campus and train consistently throughout the week, so I’m already tapped into the gym culture and the conversations students are having around performance, recovery, and supplements. I enjoy learning about what actually works and helping others find simple, effective ways to improve their training. Because of that, I’m comfortable talking to students at the gym, fitness clubs, or events about products like creatine in a way that feels natural and credible, not salesy.
