New Brew's brand involves tapping into nuanced cultural conversations. Can you describe a time when you navigated sensitive or complex topics in your creative work, and how did you ensure your approach was authentic and resonated appropriately?

In a previous project, I worked on a campaign around mental health, which can be a tricky topic. I made sure to stay authentic by involving people with real experiences in the process. Their feedback helped shape the message so it didn’t feel off or forced. The key was focusing on empathy, not oversimplifying things, and making sure the tone was respectful. It worked because it felt genuine and connected with people.

Tell us about a time you took initiative beyond your typical responsibilities to drive results. What motivated you, and what was the outcome? -- Are you 21 years or older?

At my last internship, I noticed our team’s reporting could be more streamlined, so I took the initiative to create a set of Excel templates that automated some of the manual work. This saved a lot of time and made reporting more accurate. I was motivated by wanting to make a positive impact and help the team be more efficient. The outcome was that the templates became a go-to resource for the whole team, and it helped us deliver reports much faster. - And yes, I am 21

How would you approach developing a comprehensive digital marketing campaign for a unique product like New Brew's non-alcoholic beverages?

I’d keep it fresh and fun by focusing on social media platforms where people share health tips and lifestyle content. I’d partner with influencers who promote wellness or mindful drinking, run fun giveaways, and create shareable content that shows how New Brew fits into social hangouts. Paid ads could target those into fitness or looking for low-calorie options. It’d all be about making the brand feel inclusive and refreshing.
