What does authenticity mean to you?
Authenticity to me means being able to go about my day to day without worrying about confining myself to society's standards worrying about if I'll be judged for the I look, or things I do and say.

How do you create FOMO and social proof?
I do this by posting recap videos of my experiences, making sure to include any perk I've gained in that video as an incentive that they missed out on.

If a customer left a negative review how would you respond?
I would thank them for the feedback and let them know how we're planning to improve, while also referring them to a different product of ours for promotion.
