What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness is a process. It is ever evolving to meet my abilities and my needs. I integrate wellness in my life by practicing food-based sustainability which enables me to be more conscious of my body. I also integrate wellness into my day-to-day routine, prioritizing movement/exercise in non-traditional forms.
