Tell us a story about your journey related to hair or gut health?
In the past year I've had to manage not only being a student - but studying abroad and now post-grad life. In moving continents it has taken time to find plant-based supplements that work best for me. FIrst, I wanted to make sure I was finding supplements to fill any gaps in my diet. Then came dealing with the difference in water (England has such hard water!) so I needed to find both products and routines to keep my hair strong and looking great.

I am always interested in new plant-based supplements - I enjoy trying them both since they have different targets!
