As a bartender and server, my goal every day is to sell as much as possible. I do this my subtly mentioning our coffee and drinks menu while greeting the table, making sure to bring up daily specials, and by offering to start on their dessert before getting my tables main order because it takes longer to make, so that they order it while hungry and typically end up taking it home. I make sure to read the vibe of the table and crack jokes when appropriate so that I seem like a trusting friend and less of a server/ bartender.

I get inspired through things that excite me in everyday life. When I get that feeling of excitement find ways to capture it and share it with others, either in picture or short video format. I always start by videoing in my camera roll, then going in to editing apps to clip together videos and cut out moments of unneeded silence.

I created a video of my dad making his favorite pool drink. What brought it more engagement was the way I edited the video into a shorter format, while keeping his witty jokes in the video.
