Do you track your sleep and steps?
I don't track my sleep but I have been looking into getting a smart ring or watch to do that for me which is why I believe this would be a great fit. I am tracking my current steps on my phone which is exceeding 10,000 steps a day.

What is your idea of an active day?
My day starts off bright and early as I leave for work at 5:30am. I work as a stone mason doing labour intensive and active work, and then I come home and go to the gym like I do every day. I eat dinner and always go on a walk or do some sort of physical activity whether it be golf, a run, pickleball or tennis.
