Can you describe a time when you effectively represented a brand at an event?
At my current job at Drip Sauna & Plunge, I regularly represent the brand to both new and returning clients. From the moment someone walks in, I’m responsible for creating a welcoming, elevated experience that reflects our brand’s focus on wellness and recovery. I introduce people to our services, explain the benefits of infrared sauna and cold plunge therapy, and tailor the conversation based on their needs and interests. Because many of our guests are trying the experience for the first time, I’ve learned how to communicate clearly, make them feel comfortable, and answer questions in a way that’s informative but never overwhelming. A big part of my role also involves converting walk-ins into regular clients, so I’ve developed strong sales and communication skills that are rooted in authenticity and product knowledge. That experience has taught me how to confidently represent a wellness-focused brand in a face-to-face setting, and I know I’d bring that same energy, professionalism, and customer-first mindset to events with Koia.

How would you engage with event attendees to create a positive brand experience?
I go to the Hamptons every summer, so I know the community, the energy, and the type of people who spend time there. Whether it's locals or weekenders, I understand how to match the vibe and connect in a way that feels natural and friendly. I also currently work in sales, so I’m comfortable engaging with customers, reading social cues, and adjusting my approach based on who I’m talking to. At events, I’d focus on creating a positive brand experience by being approachable, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable about Koia. I’d offer samples with a smile, share quick product benefits in an easy, non-pushy way, and make each interaction feel genuine and memorable. Whether I’m at a wellness pop-up or an upscale market, I know how to bring good energy, represent the brand well, and make people excited to try Koia and learn more about it.
