What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness to me means the ability to recognize the importance of always having a goal and never remaining stagnant. Having goals to stride for means you are constantly reframing your character which in turn results in a confident and happier YOU. Wherever, whenever I can, I always make sure to make progress towards my goals, wellness is what I strive for.
