How do you prioritize and manage your outreach efforts?
I'd prioritise outreach by segmenting leads by intent and fit for the product, ranking them from high fit and strong intend down to low intent and bad fit. I'd time-blocking my day around high-probability prospects and follow-ups, and continuously adjusting.

What strategies do you use to qualify a lead?
I qualify leads by assessing their problem, fit, budget realism, decision-making authority, timing, and level of engagement, so I can focus time on people who are both serious and a good match for our products
