In less than two sentences, How do you handle a difficult customer interaction?

I stay calm and really listen to what the person’s upset about. Then I try to find a solution that makes things right while keeping the conversation respectful and positive.

Do you have experience with campaign reporting?

I do not have direct experience with campaign reporting, but I have strong communication and organizational skills that would help me succeed in that area. Through my volunteer work with Lives in Translation, I learned how to handle documentation carefully and communicate clearly across different settings. As the treasurer for UNICEF Club, I managed budgets and organized events, which taught me how to stay detail oriented and meet deadlines. These experiences have prepared me to learn quickly and take on campaign reporting responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism.

Are you comfortable remaining nonpartisan when you represent votemate?

Yes, I’m completely comfortable remaining nonpartisan while representing VoteMate. I understand that the goal isn’t to push a specific agenda, but to help people make informed choices for themselves. I think it’s really important to create a space where everyone feels welcome to learn about voting, no matter their views. I’d focus on encouraging participation and understanding, not persuasion.
