3. Our payment is $100/week base + $1 per 1,000 views if posting requirements are met. Do you have any questions about how the pay structure works?

Just to confirm, the $100 weekly base is paid as long as the posting requirements are met, and the $1 per 1,000 views is calculated based on the total views from the videos posted that week. Is the view count combined across TikTok and Instagram, and is there a weekly or monthly cap on the bonus?

2. If you submitted a video and we asked you to redo the hook or reshoot it the same day, how would you handle that?

I’d handle it quickly and treat it as part of the normal content process. If the hook needed improvement, I’d review the feedback, adjust the opening to make it more attention-grabbing, and reshoot the clip the same day. Since the videos are short and simple to record, making a quick revision wouldn’t be an issue, and I’d focus on improving the hook so the content performs better.

1. This role requires posting 2+ videos per day. Walk me through a typical day for you, and where filming these videos would fit.

Since the videos are quick to record, I would fit filming into short blocks during the day. I’d start by reviewing the examples of content that are already performing well so I can replicate that style. Then I’d record the two short videos on Snapchat, which should only take a few minutes each. After filming, I’d post them to TikTok and Instagram at optimal times and check engagement. Because each video only takes 1–2 minutes to make, it’s easy to consistently post twice a day while keeping the content aligned with what’s already working.
