When I lead events i constantly make sure the people within the event and those with me are always present and aware of the whole situation, I also am very communicative and receptive to new incoming information and quick to realize my next couple steps are a precaution (good and bad). I have always been in management and communication based positions, it’s what I thrive in, not because of the power but because I know I can make a good situation better and a bad situation good.
