I am a swimmer and I compete in Brussels, Portugal and Indonesia and participated in all those national competitions. Most of the people that follow me are athletes and LOVE sleeping and if anything could help their recovery I know they would go crazy to try and get it. Personally, I enjoy trying to improve everything I can not only in the pool but outside of it too. My favorite things that I do in my sleep routine, that i feel helped a lot was to turn off all technologies around me 20-30 min before going to sleep, normally I read during that time. That stoped my reoccurring headaches. Another thing I do is a breathing exercise seconds before going to sleep. I like trying the 4-7-8 technique because it’s the most popular.
