What strategies would you use to increase engagement on the account?
The key to increasing engagement is staying consistent and letting the people know that you hear and see them. I will ensure that by replying to comments, answering any questions posted in a timely manner, etc. Just making sure that the audience knows that a real person is running the account/show and they aren’t just talking to themselves.

How would you handle negative comments on the TikTok account?
I think the best way to handle negativity is killing it with kindness. You don’t want it to get to you and you definitely don’t want to clap back because it’s not worth it. Also, just deleting it. The delete button is there for us to utilize it.
