How would you launch a new app on a college campus?

Having the experience of attending a small arts school within quite a large university, I know that there are a few key players to target in order to make something ubiquitous across a college campus. The first point I would make sure to hit would be people on campus with large friend groups and social media presences. These individuals can spread word quickly to a larger network of people. For example, an app will spread quickly through those in Greek life and then spread to the rest of the school from there. Emphasizing a particular aspect of the app that makes it fun or different will help it catch on. Once large groups of students are using the app, the goal will become to make it part of the school's culture. This will be solidified by seeking promotion on social media accounts specific to that college, such as Barstool or other, smaller Instagram or TikTok accounts. Once the app is well-known enough on campus that people begin talking about it on TikTok, the app may begin to spread to other college students through social media.

What's your favorite brand right now & why?

A brand I'm pretty enamored with right now is Ozma. To find a brand that creates high quality clothing and holds values that I do as well (i.e. slow fashion, limiting production, eliminating waste) is something I don't forget to appreciate.
