What is a wellness or beauty brand that has great social media presence? What sets them apart?

Glossier is a brand in my view that has a great social media presence. From the start of their journey, they have always been very aware of what their consumers have been saying about their products through social media, constantly interacting with them in comments, and through tweets. These interactions and conversations have meant that they products they produce are based off of what the consumers have been asking for, and hence giving them what they want, and what improvements they want, such as noticing when there has been a rise in the amount of comments asking for an eyeliner or a mascara. It started off as an online brand, before moving to having physical locations so online presence and social media was their only way of selling their products, and people had to have faith in them before buying something online before even trying it. This was achievable for them through their use of photos on their instagram, creating simple but effective feeds and stories and videos, all tying in very well with what we know the bran Glossier to be.
