Interview Questions
SETTE Jewelry
Founder Intern – Jewelry Brand (In Person)

This role includes both creative work and hands-on operational tasks (packing orders, organizing the studio). How do you feel about that mix?
I really enjoy that mix. I love being creative, but I also value hands-on operational work because it helps me understand how a brand functions behind the scenes. I think creative work is strongest when it’s supported by solid execution, and I’m happy to contribute wherever help is needed.

How do you stay organized when managing multiple tasks?
I stay organized by writing everything down and breaking tasks into clear priorities and deadlines. I use a planner to track what needs to be done daily and weekly, and I regularly check it to make sure nothing falls behind. This helps me manage multiple tasks efficiently and stay accountable.

When you’re unsure how to do something, what’s your first step?
When I’m unsure how to do something, my first step is to try to understand it on my own by observing, researching, or looking at examples of how it’s been done before. If I still have questions, I’ll ask for clarification with specific options or suggestions, so I’m not just bringing a problem, but a solution. I want to make sure I’m doing things correctly while also respecting time.
