How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple clients?
I will prioritize tasks by its urgency and time-sensitivity. I will also use some to-do-list or project management tools to keep me on focus. I will focus first on the most urgent task and little by little I can focus on the less urgent later on. By doing this one makes me finish the task with no delays and quality work.
