I would advertise to those who keep track of their finances, specifically the finance side of tiktok and those who post budgeting videos. Focusing and highlighting Refundly's capabilities to monitor future returned money to consider for financial reasons.

I have two TikTok accounts I have run, one being primarily for recommending animes and edits , and the other for personal content and advertising.

I looked at the highest performing videos on my account to note down the quality of what brought in views. After taking note I tried to apply it to future videos as well as staying on trend with current trends.
