I prefer using Adobe Photoshop for complex photo manipulation and high-end product imagery, as it allows for the precision needed in Amazon listings. However, I also use Canva for its speed and efficiency in creating consistent social media assets and templates. My background in Graphic Design gives me the technical skill to use professional tools while staying agile to meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.

How do you think about the difference between content that builds a brand vs. content that drives a purchase?

I see it as the difference between forming a relationship and closing a deal.Brand Building (The 'Why'): This content focuses on aesthetics, values, and storytelling. As a designer, I use consistent colors, typography, and 'vibe' to create a personality that people trust and recognize. Its goal is to stay in the user's mind so they think of Sousa first when they need protein. It's about reputation.Driving a Purchase (The 'Now'): This content is tactical and direct. It focuses on the benefits (20g protein + electrolytes), social proof (reviews), and a clear Call to Action (CTA). The design here must be high-impact and lead the eye directly to the 'Buy' or 'Shop' button. It's about conversion.To succeed, a brand needs both: Brand building creates the desire, and purchase-driven content provides the frictionless path to get it.
