how do you plan to track successful and unsuccessful content strategies?
I plan to track content success through a dual-funnel approach, utilizing platform-native analytics and third-party tools to monitor both engagement quality and conversion metrics. For successful strategies, I prioritize Shares and Saves, as these indicate high-value resonance and organic 'recommendability' within the algorithm. To identify unsuccessful content, I look beyond low views and analyze retention graphs to pinpoint exactly where the audience drops off, allowing for data-driven pivots. By maintaining a weekly 'Performance vs. Experiment' report, I can scale what works while quickly identifying and adjusting patterns that fail to meet our KPIs for brand awareness or user acquisition.

What do you think makes a viral video?
A viral video is the perfect synergy between a high-retention hook and identity-driven shareability. It starts with a visual 'pattern interrupt' in the first two seconds that stops the scroll, followed by content that feels 'native' to the platform rather than like a traditional ad. For Glamir, virality comes from creating 'digital mirrors'—aesthetic, high-value content that users share because it reflects their own style or aspirations. By blending aspirational visuals with a relatable POV and trending audio, we turn a simple video into a shareable moment that the algorithm is forced to reward.
