I have naturally wavy hair that I was never taught how to take care of. I learned my upkeep through friends with curly hair and social media, finally finding products and techniques that work best for me. I still do this as I see new things on tiktok, instagram, etc.

How and where do you see value in community?
Community is something humans crave, we can't survive without it. Deeper than pure need, community provides a source of comfort and support for an individual to look towards when they need it. In my life the dance community and my sorority in college helped me grow into a better person and a better artist. Growth in this way is pure proof that you are in the right community for you.
