Share a time that you helped someone over the age of 60 that you're not related to.
In my previous job, we had a lot of older members that attended the club that I worked at and as a front desk attendant I was the first line of people to receive questions about anything and everything. We often got internet questions, were asked to help with creating appointments and I often walked members to their cars.

Yes I do! The athletic club that I worked for previously was majorly used by senior residents and I became very comfortable in talking to them and getting to know them.

Yes! I've worked multiple jobs before involving costumer service calls over the phone, and dealing with customers questions and concerns while guiding them over the phone.
