Social Media Manager Intern

how would you approach building out nfuse's tiktok strategy?
For Nfuse, I’d start by defining the brand’s TikTok voice—making sure it feels authentic, approachable, and aligned with the brand’s wellness/spiritual focus. I’d research trending sounds, hashtags, and visual styles in the wellness, lifestyle, and mindfulness niches to see what’s resonating right now. From there, I’d build a content mix that includes: – Educational clips on wellness tips, rituals, or product benefits. – Behind-the-scenes/process videos to humanize the brand. – Trend-based content where we adapt popular formats but keep them on-brand. – Community engagement through duets, stitches, and responding to comments with video replies. I’d post consistently—probably 3–5 times per week to start—while tracking analytics to see what’s gaining traction. The key would be staying agile, testing new formats, and listening closely to audience feedback so we can double down on what’s working.

Can you provide an example of a successful social media campaign or brand social page you've managed in the past?
At the American Dog Society, I managed our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. One of our most successful campaigns was for our annual adoption event. I created a content series that combined heartwarming rescue stories, short-form videos of the animals, and behind-the-scenes looks at preparations. We also ran a countdown on Instagram Stories to build excitement. The campaign resulted in a 40% increase in event RSVPs compared to the previous year, engagement rates went up by 25%, and most importantly, over 60 animals found homes. It was a great example of using storytelling and platform-specific strategies to drive both engagement and real-world results.
